Smoking
Strictly NO SMOKING in the rooms. Under the Government Legislation,all rooms are non-smoking areas. Ashtrays are provided for smoking on the balcony or in the garden. If you are found to be smoking in the room you will be charged an extra $200 cleaning fee.
Reception
For Public Liability purposes all visitors are to report to the Reception. No visitors after 8:00pm, unless previously arranged with Reception.
Noise
No Noise or Offensive Behaviour. Please use courtesy when taking on balconies or socialising in your room late at night.
Cooking
No Cooking. Guest are under no circumstances allowed to cook in the rooms. There are No cooking facilities in the rooms. Fat, oil, and other cooking stains cannot be removed from carpet, bedding or furnishings. The microwave ovens are provided to enable pre-cooked meals to be heated.
Pool
Pool Rules. Pool can be used between 9am and 8pm daily. All children must be supervised by an adult.
Air Conditioning
The air conditioning units have individual controls. Please allow a short period (25 minutes) for the units to achieve the desired temperatures.
Breakfast
Continental Breakfast menu available at reception. Please return your menu by 7:00pm. Delivered to your door by 8:00pm.
BBQ
May be utilised by guests, please arrange with Reception.
Security
Whilst all care is taken in making your stay with us safe and secure, we remind you to lock your doors when you are out.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open between the hours of 09:00 to 20:00. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area.
Pets
It is the policy of this property that all other pets are not permitted in accommodation or on the premises.
Laundry
A guest laundry with coin operated washing machine and fryer is located on our premises. Please use the clothes line at the rear of the garden.
Internet Access
If you wish to connect to the internet from your room, please see reception for the password.
Emergency

Television
Digital stations and Foxtel are available in the rooms. If not sure how to find Foxtel channels, please contact reception.
Checkout
Checkout Time – 10.00am. Switch off electrical appliances, lights, air-conditioning units etc. Keys are to be left in the return key box or reception.

Reception & Information
Check in time is between 2PM and 6.30PM.
Check out time is by 10AM.
Guests must supply identification at check in.
Tourist and travel information is available from reception. The Managers, Kim & Glenn, have many years of experience of the Mid North Coast region.
Noise & Offensive Behaviour
No Noise or Offensive Behaviour. Please use courtesy when talking on balconies or socialising in your room late at night, as our guests are travelling, working, attending medical appointments, etc. There is a curfew on all noise from 10pm to 7am.
Cooking
Tea and coffee facilities are provided in each room. There is a microwave, sandwich-maker and toaster. Cutlery and crockery are provided.
Air Conditioning
The air conditioning units have individual controls. Please allow a short period (5 minutes) for the units to achieve the desired temperatures. The normal comfortable air conditioning setting is 21 degrees. Please switch off air conditioners, when not using your room.
Breakfast
There are a large number of local cafes providing a wide range of breakfast options. Ask us for tips on which ones might suit you best. There is crockery and cutlery in the rooms for people who wish to provide their own breakfast. There are tables and chairs in the rooms, as well as tables & chairs on the balcony.
Security
All reasonable care is taken in making your stay safe and secure. We are sure you will understand that this starts with asking all guests to present satisfactory identification at check in. There is 24-hour onsite management and security cameras.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open between the hours of 9am to 8pm. Children 11 and under must be supervised at the pool at all times.
Dogs
Small dogs, may be permitted
on prior approval only for designated rooms.
Laundry ,
A coin-operated guest washing machine, and dryer, is available on our premises.
